Exclamation Audio Encoders?

Hello, I'm Dan, and I just got Fedora 10 today. I installed it from a live CD onto a spare partition in my WIndows XP. Anyways, I need help. I transferred all my audio files over to the Fedora OS and open Rythymbox Music Player to find it doesnt have the encoders I need. there are two I need: One for .wma files (WIndows Media Player), and one for .mp3 files. Can somebody show me where to go to get these and how/where to put them? Please and future thanks.
