Enabling 3D exceleration in FC3

I installed FC3. It detected my video card correctly and everything, an ATi Radeon 9600, But, no 3D exceleration(cant play Americas Army) How Do I enable it? What else can I do to make 3d games perform better? Any recomendations are very welcome.
