Thumbs up Nvidia set up guides.

In regards to the Nvidia set up-guide, I'm not using the i686 kernel. I'm using the x86_64 kernel. It does not seem like using:

rpm -Uvh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm
yum install akmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs.i686
would at all be good for my machine. Is there a guide someplace for my kernel?

Re: Nvidia set up guides.

It works for 64 bit. You need the i686 libs for compatibility.

Re: Nvidia set up guides.

If you don't use any 32bit apps, then you don't need the i686 libs.
The guide has sections for 32 and 64bit, I suspect you just missed the 64bit section.
