F13 Philips Webcam

My configuration:

Computer: Lenovo Thinkpad X61s
Webcam: Philips SPC 900NC
OS: F13-x86_64

With F12 my Webcam worked perfectly @640x480.
After upgrade to F13 (fresh install) i only get an black picture in "Cheese"
dmesg says:

pwc: isoc_init() submit_urb 0 failed with error -28
pwc: isoc_init() submit_urb 1 failed with error -28
I can only get a picture when setting resolution to 160x120
Any sugesstions to solve this problem?

Re: F13 Philips Webcam

File a bug against the kernel, and add hdegoede AT redhat D 0 T com to the CC list. If you have any trouble with that, post the bug URL here and I'll do it. Hans is interested in all such webcam issues and should be able to take a look at it quickly.

Re: F13 Philips Webcam

FYI see also my thread
I have a similar/same issue with Philips 740K and SPC900NC webcams on F14.
