PHP Web Services with nuSOAP

I am having a tough time getting Fedora Core 1 to work with the nuSOAP toolkit. I have apache and PHP running correctly.

I know my script is okay since they work on my production server and on my previous Lindows development server. My fedora development server does not work however. The annoying thing is I am not given any clues on how to troublshoot this. No errors are printed on screen. The only error is the missing data in the page.

Has anyone gotten nuSOAP to work with FC1? Any advice?
