    Shortcut folder to desktop

Is it possible to make a shortcut to a folder (/mnt/usbdrive) from the desktop or user home? How would I do this?

    1. Open a terminal.
    2. cd Desktop
    3. ln -s /mnt/usbdrive
    4. Done.

'ln' creates a "Link" between two files/folders.
The '-s' flag means "Symbolic", so you created symbolic link to desktop.

    Read: man ln
