    No package code available

My fedora is version 17 with 32-bits

I followed how to install vs code in fedora, but it doesn't work.

After I executing yum install code

    terminal shows:

    [root@v17 y]# yum install code
    Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit
    No package code available.
    Error: Nothing to do

How to download vscode on fedora 17 32-bits?

    Re: No package code available

From their home page https://code.visualstudio.com/ it would seem that there are only 64-bit versions for Linux.
Yum would therefore be correct when it stated "No package code available." since it would be looking for a 32-bit version.

User error. Please replace user and try again

    Re: No package code available

Fedora does not support distributions that are two or more releases back. Currently we are on Fedora 30 and also the older 29. With Fedora 31 release, within a very short time, support for 29 will discontinue as everything is archived, and the previous release 30 will be kept around for a few months when it too will be archive/wiped.

Please look into getting the current Fedora version.
