Multiboot how to install Fedora 30 Cinnamon without reformatting efi?

    Hi all,
I have 5 linux distros on my laptop partitioned gpt and controlled by efi/boot formatted fat32. I use mostly minimalist DEs, yet i miss Fedora Cinnamon. As i recall from previous installs, i had to do Fedora first, then all the other distros because Fedora will not use a fat32 efi (unlike just about every other linux distro i have used). Also i recall Fedora cannot be removed from the bios efi boot menu without losing the ability to boot other distros? What is this mystery that puts it in charge of all else? Is there a way i can install Fedora 30 into such a setup without reformatting efi, and thus reinstalling all my other distros? Why is Fedora different in this respect? What file system does it use to create efi if not fat32? Thanks much!

    From

    https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/GRUB_...n_UEFI_systems

    Code:
    🔗 Create an ESP

UEFI firmware, in general, likes to boot from an EFI System Partition on a disk with a GPT label. In gdisk, it looks something like this:

Number Start (sector) End (sector) Size Code Name
       1 2048 264191 128.0 MiB EF00 EFI System

That partition should be formatted as FAT. If in doubt, FAT32 is a good dialect of FAT to choose.

Fedora expects this partition to be mounted at /boot/efi.

By the way, other Linux systems ask for the fat32 partition to be 256megs in size.
My setup that I reuse, always by reformatting the partitions I laid out is the following:

    1meg reserved for gpt.
    256meg fat32 /boot/efi Some Linux distros want 256meg
    /boot for kernel
    / for Linux
    /home for end-user
    swap for swap
    swap for resume=UUID= (see /etc/default/grub)
One can run without a swap partition, but then use a swapfile so if you overextend ram, there is a fallback.
