live user password credentials that don't exist yet

I got fedora running on an old computer I got given but then when I reinstalled it everything got all messed up. I'm encountering a liveuser login screen that's demanding a password that has not been made yet. What is the password to the default liveuser account on fedora 30? Even though it's a live usb it's not letting me past the login screen. It's demanding credentials that don't exist yet. What do I tell it so that I can move along to the rest of what I wanted to do?

Have you tried pressing [enter] (i.e. - no password)?

I have a USB trial key of an older version that seems to be 'root' based.
    Change - the only constant.
