    Starting from F19 LXDE

    Hello,
    Which way is the most pain-free way to upgrade to Fedora 29 from Fedora 19?

    I got rid of Windows on my works computer witha Fedora 19 CD

    As far as I know, it isn't possible as F19 is dead long ago.
    Can't you just install F30?

    Here you find updated live ISOs, including LXDE.

    Thank you Kunzlata, I decided Fedora is not for me, it's too changes to fast for me

    If you need long term support, it's not the best choice. If you like the RedHat way of doing things, you can try CentOS a binary clone of RedHat. It offers very long support, periods. The disadvantage is that packages become outdated. The same goes for Debian Stable, and, I imagine various Debian offshoots offering long term support such as Mint and Ubuntu.

    Thank you for those that replied, I'm going to switch to CentOS 6 not 7 because I think I'll have better support. I'll wait until 6 expires.
