how to get back svn diff with color?

I used to have colorized output in Fedora 27 when I run svn diff, but in Fedora 30 the output is all black and white.

I found a workaround for now by piping the output to colordiff, but it would be nice to get back what I used to have before. I couldn't find any variable (SVN_EDITOR is the same in Fedora 27 and Fedora 30) that solves the problem in Fedora 30.

    Any ideas?

    Never mind, sorry for bandwidth.

I now find that in Fedora 27 I actually edited ~/.subversion/config and added two lines:
    Code:
    diff-cmd = diff
    diff-extensions = -u -p --color=always
