Exclamation Will not boot in any way. Recovery mode nor emergency mode works.

So, here it goes! I was having some audio problems (which seems to be an issue with kernel 5 and my audio chipset from what I have seen) so I thought, I will reboot and see if that helps! It wouldn't boot and after ages of sitting at the fedora logo it output this:
You are in emergency mode. After logging in, type "journalctl -xb" to view system logs, "systemctl reboot" to reboot, "systemctl default" or "exit" to boot into default mode.
Cannot open access to console, the root account is locked.
See sulogin(8) man page for details.
    Press enter to continue
I press enter and it takes about 2 minutes of loading and gets back to the above text. I have tried rebooting, disconnecting all my other HDDs, and nothing is working. Help is needed!
    Possibly relevent notes:
    - This is my first time with fedora, though I do have extensive Ubuntu and some Arch experience. (Fedora has been my favorite as of yet)
    - I have encrypted my swap and /home partitions
    - I have an Asus x470 Prime motherboard with Ryzen 7 2700x and a GTX 1060
    - Fedora was installed only 2 days ago

Re: Will not boot in any way. Recovery mode nor emergency mode works.

Try amd_iommu=on iommu=pt libata.force=noncq in your kernel boot parameter. I had similar issue with AMD socket AM3+ CPU and motherboard booting an SSD. Although libata.force=noncq wasn't required for AMD Ryzen CPU and Asus motherboard, it won't hurt to try.

BTW, also check the journalctl report as per the message shown.

In the worst case, try re-installing Fedora (after backing up important data of course) in case the hard drive is corrupted.
