Converting from Bios boot to uefi boot

Is there a way to move from bios boot to uefi boot without doing a fresh installation?

I moved my F29 system with 5 distros from a pre uefi system to my new computer. I have 5 distros on the new box.

The new box supports both UEFI and BB, but boot time is slow with BB, as the bios tests my 5 disks for a UEFI based system, and then for a bios-boot system.
The BB is done after the UEFI tests (3 seconds per disk, as per firmware setting).

    FYI 1 distro per disk.
    1 distro Fedora Gnome
    1 distro for SUSE Tumbleweed
    1 distro Fedora KDE
1 distro Fedora Rawhide KDE/Gnome or evaluation of any distro that is of interest.
    1 distro for Manjaro
I am presenting the list in my order of preference

So information pertaining to a UEFI conversion without a full reinstall would be appreciated.

    Leslie,

Here is a link to a forum thread that describes installing the EFI image.

There appears to be a lot of useful information in this document: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US...ng-with-grub2/

I was able to create a UEFI installation.
It took a BIOS tweak to remove. Legacy bios only
