    No internet, no NIC drivers

I don't want to run Fedora on a virtual environment so I installed Fedora on a SSD to use for school as my only OS. Problem is that the OS is not recognizing my drivers for either the wired or wireless NIC. I have no experience what's so ever with any LINUX OS. Actually i have a bootable Kali that gets internet just fine running from a USB stick. I purchased a ASUS AC1200 USB-AC53 Nano Wi-Fi adapter but I don't know how to install the drivers off the installation disk. I installed Fedora on a Lenovo P50s laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I think it's not pre-installed and you need to download the driver manually, you can check this if it will solved the problem: forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=90&t=255594

Re: No internet, no NIC drivers

I had a similar issue. I bought a "floor model" laptop from Best Buy. It was in demo mode so I had to do a clean reset. When I did Windows wouldn't start up so I did a fresh install of Windows 7. When I did this I lost all my wireless drivers, including wireless lan driver. I tried using another computer to download the drivers needed with no success because the laptop was built for a newer version of Windows so the drivers available for Windows 7 weren't compatible with the hardware.
