    [16781:16810:1103/085514.987151:FATAL:platform_shared_memory_region_posix.cc(227)] This is frequently caused by incorrect permissions on /dev/shm. Try 'sudo chmod 1777 /dev/shm' to fix.

    What are the current permissions?
    Code:
    $ ls -ld /dev/shm
    Also take a look in journalctl for any SELinux messages.
