JUst installed RPMFusion, how do I use it?

I had installed VLC by following the instructions on the VLC sites. I now removed it.
Will RPMFusion allow me to re-install it?
How do I access it and use it.
Still a noob here, don't scream at me for the dumb question(s)

No problem for the question. Yes, you certainly can re-install things. Just open a terminal and do "sudo dnf install vlc" . You should see something like this:

[bob@localhost ~]$ sudo dnf install vlc
    [sudo] password for bob:

    Is this ok [y/N]:
Just answer "y" and there it is!

By the way, RPMFusion is just another repository for Fedora packages. You don't need anything special to access it, once installed.

Then, assuming you're using Gnome, you'd go into your Activities and locate VLC. Click and use. For media, you might right-clicking the media to find VLC as one of the players.

Re: JUst installed RPMFusion, how do I use it?

LOL - it shows you all the packages that will be installed to add VLC and then asks if you are "okay" with adding all those. Hey, these days it's no big deal since we have hard drives that have giant capacity, however "back in the day" with small drives and little storage, adding so many packages might have been an issue.

As to where it is, if you're using Gnome, go into Activities and look for the icon. It looks like a traffic cone and the activities are listed alphabetically, so it should be near the bottom. Or, if you have media that you want to play, right-click the media and select "open with other application" and it should be listed there.
