Custome ISO for RHEL7.5 fails to install

    Hello Everyone,

I understand this is Fedora forum and not RHEL, but in hope of getting an answer from someone more experienced, I'm asking.

I have created a custom ISO for RHEL7.5 with few new RPMS. recreated repodata and build ISO.
I used following command for build ISO

    Code:
    genisoimage -o ../iso/cstm-$(iso_for_version).iso -b isolinux/isolinux.bin \
                            -c isolinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 \
                            -boot-info-table -l -J -r -V "CSTM 7.5" -volset "CSTM 7.5" -A "CSTM 7.5" . ; \
I'm also using Kickstart file to install the OS and do few settings automatically.
    Install is called using

    Code:
    label CSTM2
menu label ^even CSTM Server Install(CSTM2)
      menu default
      kernel vmlinuz
      append initrd=initrd.img text inst.stage2=hd:LABEL=CSTM\x207.5 inst.ks=cdrom:/dev/cdrom:/cstm2.ks.cfg net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0
During the installation process, everything works fine till it starts installing RPM packages.
    5th package is filesystem (5/769)
and then it errors out saing
RepoError, retrying: Insufficient space in download directory /run/install/repo/Packages

This particular directory in question is /mnt/sr0, so naturally it won't have any space.

I'm stumped as to what am I doing wrong? Does anyone else have any idea?

    Harry

Perhaps the directory used for extraction/downloading can be a tmpfs or mounted from the local storage (hdd/ssd)? Not entirely sure how that would work in a kickstart/ISO.

Seems Harry points in the right direction :>) Personally, I don't have an answer right away.
Could it be that some package is needed to install the ISO? (probably not)
    YUM or DNF conflict?
