NFS Client Locking with Using df -h

    Hello,

I installed NFS v4 on 3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64. All install OK (yum install nfs-utils nfs-utils-lib -y). I can see my exported file system on the NFS server using showmount -e <ip>. I was able to mount it OK too. However when I use the df -h command it locks!

For now I unmounted the NFS mount point (via umount -f /u03) but issuing a df -h still locks up though. Luckily my system is still operational otherwise and I can get to my other local mount points (like /u01 and /u02) OK.

Can you please advise me on how I can remedy this?

    Thanks for your help,

    Michael

Try adding the hard & intr options to the mount.
