Thumbs up wifi issue realtek rtl8821ce HP Pavilion

Hi Just purchased a shiny new HP Laptop and installed Fedora 28 with no real problems .
wifi did not work out of the box but I'm used to Broadcom so it did not worry me too much - just dug out the trusty netgear dongle and searched for a solution.
I found a "solution" on a forum that led me to run the folloing code
    git clone https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce.git
This gave me a directory called "rtl8821ce" with source code to build the driver required.

Problem starts with the "make all" command:-

    bob@fred10 rtl8821ce]$ make all
    make ARCH=x86_64 CROSS_COMPILE= -C /lib/modules/4.17.19-200.fc28.x86_64/build M=/home/bob/Drivers/rtl8821ce modules
make[1]: *** /lib/modules/4.17.19-200.fc28.x86_64/build: No such file or directory. Stop.
    make: *** [Makefile:1902: modules] Error 2

I'm not too good at this level so could anyone adves me please.
    Thanks in advance

I've included some info that may be usefull below plus the full output of "make all -d" and the Makefile file from the source directory in the attachment

    bob@fred10 rtl8821ce]$ sudo inxi -Fxmz

Look up what additional kernel RPMs need to be installed to effectively build kernel modules. You probably need to install some additional kernel-* RPMs such as kernel-devel, kernel-headers, etc., kernel-tools, etc
