    when is fedora going to make it so we can install nvidia via dnf the current install options are a pain in the butt
    ASRock model: X470 Taichi,AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core,fedora28,64GB ram,asrock amd rx580

    I found the "easy" way to put nvidia drivers in place is to install the rpmfusion.org repositories. Then depending on the driver you need install nvidia-driver, or akmod-nvidia-340xx or akmod-nvidia-304xx. Yes I have some old cards. Then when a new kernel comes in, the driver is built on boot. I've used this method since 2005 and have only once or twice had issues.
    (It's a hobby, but I like it)
