Touchscreen listed as an possible event but not listet as a hardware

    If I use
    Code:
    evtest
the touchscreen and the pen are listed as
possible events. And are detected by xinput :

    Code:
    $ xinput --list

But the Touchscreen is only for one action active. After I tap once it do nothing for this session.
Does anyone knows how I can fix this?

I have almost the exact same problem. I am using an Acer Switch 3 and my xinput outputs:
    Code:
⎡ Virtual core pointer id=2	[master pointer (3)]
⎜ ↳ Virtual core XTEST pointer id=4	[slave pointer (2)]
⎜ ↳ Chicony ACER Tablet Keyboard id=9	[slave pointer (2)]
    ⎜ ↳ 04F3224A:00 04F3:24FE id=10	[slave pointer (2)]
    ⎜ ↳ 04F3224A:00 04F3:24FE Pen Pen (0) id=15	[slave pointer (2)]
⎣ Virtual core keyboard id=3	[master keyboard (2)]
↳ Virtual core XTEST keyboard id=5	[slave keyboard (3)]
        ↳ Video Bus id=6	[slave keyboard (3)]
        ↳ Power Button id=7	[slave keyboard (3)]
↳ Chicony ACER Tablet Keyboard id=8	[slave keyboard (3)]
        ↳ 04F3224A:00 04F3:24FE Pen id=11	[slave keyboard (3)]
↳ AT Translated Set 2 keyboard id=12	[slave keyboard (3)]
↳ Acer WMI hotkeys id=13	[slave keyboard (3)]
↳ Chicony ACER Tablet Keyboard id=14	[slave keyboard (3)]
What is the problem you are having exactly?

For me, my touchpad won't work. The pen and the touchscreen is working perfectly. But the trackpad doesn't make the mouse move.

My touchpad works almost good. My problem is that I can move the mouse with the Touchscreen only one or two times. After that the Touchscreen don't work until I reboot.
