    folders locking themselves?!

    Fedora 28.

I'm having a problem with my folders in a mounted raid all becoming locked during a normal desktop period. They and all links to the raid are becoming locked myteriously. When I reboot they go back. Is there an auto behavior anyone is aware of that does this? My raid is mounted to a folder in my home/user directory also. Not sure what matters in this case.

Not sure what you mean by "locked". Do you mean "read-only"? That could be caused by the O/S detecting an error condition and remounting the offending devices in read-only status. Check the logs.

If you mean that you can neither read nor write to the device, but they are still mounted then I'm not sure what is happening.
    Hope is not a plan
