I was scrabbling round the last 48 hours trying to fix a connection issue to this forum. It turns out the problem was the router after all, even though I thought I had reset the Smart Hub.

Be aware this latest firmware version has a bug. It does not properly reset the router from the web interface if you click the Restart the Smart Hub button. Instead for a proper device and connection reset you need to switch the router OFF using the power button on the back of it. Leave it for a couple of minutes and then turn it back on again. This won't clear any settings changes you have made but it will normally fix any such connection problems.
