After updating the kernel to 4.17.2-200.fc28.x86_64 and reboot, GNOME freezes after the logon with blue background color when using a HDMI cable to connect to a monitor. With the laptop's builtin monitor and/or using a DisplayPort cable to a second monitor, the issue does not happens.
