No HDMI Device on Nvidia 1060 mobile.

    Hello

I have no HDMI device showing on my laptop.
I know this is an issue between kernel and the nvidia drivers.
Previously I was able to fix this on ubuntu with a kernel patch from nvidia dev forum but it does not work on Fedora.
    Can anybody help please?
    Code:
    Linux localhost.localdomain 4.17.3-200.fc28.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Jun 26 14:17:07 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
    NVIDIA driver version 390.67

    Best wishes,
