Fedora 28 Cinnamon Spin: New third-party repositories.

    Hi there,

Do you think we would have something like this in Fedora 28 Cinnamon Spin, or this would be available in "Gnome Software" only?

    Thank you.

just do the following and you will, it's the dnf way so all repositories will be available whichever package manager you use:

    sudo dnf install fedora-workstation-repositories

You may need to enable the repos manually in /etc/yum.repos.d. This seems to be handled automatically by Gnome Software but not dnfdragora.

I also noticed that google-chrome-stable is not shown as available after google-chrome.repo is enabled. But google-chrome-beta is. However, the repo file installed by Fedora is slightly different than the repo file installed with a Chrome installation via google.com/chrome. google-chrome-stable does show up using that repo file.

Do you happen to know how to install Nvidia driver through New third-party repositories (fedora-workstation-repositories)?
I only know how to install Nvidia driver the old way -> https://rpmfusion.org/Howto/NVIDIA

    Thanks.

I've been successful with "sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia". Or search for akmod-nvidia in dnfdragora. This will bring in the few dozen dependencies, etc.

As I understand it, it's the same driver from RPMFusion.
