Installing QT5 on a Fedora Server

Attempting to run my written server software on server edition of fedora, i get error upon error of shared libraries missing mostly from QT5 core, networking, etc and non qt shared librarys, icuu, ssl ,etc. I've copied all the shared libraries over from my computer fedora version to the fedora server/service and it will cycle though them all until i get them all then it cycles back to the first one it complained about which is libQt5Core.so.5 missing, but its copied over already, and it stopped complaining about it the first time around when i copied it so obviously the shared files are not comparable for some reason.

I'm unable to install QT5 in a working manner with the following options:
    -dnf install qt5*
    -dnf install qt*
-copied shared files from my computer over to fedora
-attempted to run the qt downloader (dosen't work with out a GUI, with gnome installed, i can't get a vnc server to load the GUI after connect, just a black screen)
-tried to build from source (apparently building QT5(not 4) is uber complex in building from source)

Re: Installing QT5 on a Fedora Server

Apparently re-installing QT5 on the development computer with the same exact version number will do it, even though it was reporting version 5, it needs to be exact which my development version of 5.10 and the fedora server 27 comes with 5.9.4
