I have a fresh installation of F27 Cinnamon on an Intel Nuc 7th gen.
Whenever I boot and come to the login window I enter the password and the first login fails. Then it takes about 10 seconds and I am returned to the initial login screen without any message. Now I enter the password again and I am logged in completely. I already tested keyboards and stuff. From
Code:
journalctl
I get the impression lightdm is being killed for some reason:
Code:
Jan 10 15:09:17 nuc7.fritz.box systemd[1]: session-c4.scope: Killing process 1932 (lightdm) with signal SIGTERM.
Jan 10 15:09:17 nuc7.fritz.box systemd[1]: session-c4.scope: Killing process 1942 (slick-greeter) with signal SIGTERM.
This looks quite similar to this one https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Commo..._configuration
Has anyone seen this or an idea how to solve?
I have another NUC 7th gen updated from F26 (and F25), which does not have this issue.
TIA.
