    Bluetooth Functionality, Permessions issue

Hello all. I've been using PC's my entire life but I have very little experience with Linux. A recent horror episode with windows 10 that I thought could be fixed by reloading resulted in "Windows cannot be installed on this computer because of an error. Click below to restart." This seemd to lack resolution so I ended up jumping ship. Linux Mint constantly freezes and I just cant make it work on my desktop so here I am trying Fedora. So far so good.

My only issue, I'd like to allow my laptop (Dell XPS 9550 touch display, 15") to pair with my sony stereo over bluetooth as I did with windows. I found a few solutions to try and decided to try one - https://linuxsuperuser.com/fix-bluet...ora-archlinux/

When I attempt to save the file through text editor it says I have insufficient permession. I tried properties - take ownership also with no success,

    Any Advice?

    Thanks.

Can anybody be so kind as to direct me to an active forum where discussion about Fedora takes place?
