    Kernel 4.13 crash accessing tape drive

    Using FC26, kernel 4.13.16-202 (seeing issue on other 4.13 kernels) , using Bacula tape drive software./ As soon as I try and access the storage device I get a kernel crash

    Switching back to 4.12 I do not see the issue

    And just to confirm this is not an issue with bacula, I unloaded bacula, then issued a cat /dev/nst0 and received the same error with a kernel panic.

    I am using the tape drive with an Adaptec AHA-2940 SCSI adapter...
