    Bugzilla question

I have had this failure happen twice now. Others have had it happen several times a day. A fix landed in updates and the report was closed but the problem persists in spite of the fix How does one get a bug report reopened?

    Re: Bugzilla question

regarding bugzilla you used to be able to post to the same bug to re-open it. Now it looks like they have removed that feature for some reason. Anyhow, file a new bug against the updated component and link to this existing bug but don't mark it as a duplicate as that will close your new bug.

the forum is now more secure but if you notice any operational issues, try clearing the browser cache for the site. if the same issue persists after doing this then please let us know.

    Re: Bugzilla question

Someone reopened the bug report and posted a link to the Gnome bugzilla report as well. Thanks.
