    DPMS not staying enabled?

Hi. I recently installed Fedora 26 (KDE spin). My monitor is staying on forever. I can manually set DPMS using xset or the KDE system settings, but it doesn't seem to stay enabled. I especially want it to be enabled at the lock screen, for when I'm not at the computer. Does anyone know why this might be failing? Thanks.

After you enable DPMS does it disable right away or when you logoff/reboot?

If I manually enable DPMS, then I lock the screen, log back in to unlock it, it's back to being off. Strange!
