    F26 Development Forum Closure

Okay, F26's due to be finalized and released on 7/11, so this Forum will be closed at that time and archived. Any ongoing threads and unresolved issues could have a new thread started in Using Fedora (link the existing one) or, if the OP requests, an Admin. can move the existing thread to Using Fedora.

    Hope that's clear as mud.

    Because. Therefore.

Seriously, it's being released tomorrow and I think everyone who wants it will be able to grab it easily.

also, I know that 'are we there yet?' was tongue in cheek but just a quick reminder to anyone who already has release candidate 1.5 they do not need to download the ISO released today. It is the same thing.

accordingly, if you have beta or any other release candidate installed, save time and bandwidth by updating the existing installation via dnf or whichever package manager you prefer to use.

should you need an F26 ISO for re-installation at some point in the future, you can always grab a live-respin containing patches released after today.

I've got to drive my sis-in-law to the doctor today, so won't be around for the official release. Might as well trash this one now, since I'm sure that the new installs will bring many questions.
