what happens if you click the download button here?

it should offer to open with archive manager

if it does not then install the unrar package

    Code:
    sudo dnf install unrar

Don't forget that rpmfusion must be enabled on your system in order to install unar.

Then the command is rar e <file>. No dash before the e is needed. (On CentOS, putting in the dash causes an error, on Fedora I think it works with or without the dash.)

The p7zip package provides 7z which should also unpack rar files, though I don't think I've tried it in awhile. Same syntax

    7z e <file>

I have just tested my link on the laptop and do not have unrar installed
--so I am correcting my own post and standing in the naughty corner as I type this

clicking the Download file offers unpack in Archive manager.

    F26 already has rar registered.....

you can see it under /usr/share/mimeapps.list but I am not suggesting you should modify it
