console and xorg colors washed out

Latest updates Sept. 8, 2016 have left my console and xorg sessions coloring all washed out. Console turns grey when framebuffer resizes console during boot. All black is now dark grey, and colors are washed out.

    What changed in kernel 4.7?
    Can I downgrade kernel?

Re: console and xorg colors washed out

By default, Fedora keeps the two kernels previous to the current one, with links on the Grub boot menu which enable you to select which you use when booting. So you shouldn't need to do anything to 'downgrade' the kernel other than select a previous kernel when booting.

Obviously you will need to take measures to prevent any working kernel you require eventually getting erased as new kernels are installed...

Re: console and xorg colors washed out

I booted previous kernel, I don't see the problem anymore. I have filed a bug report on bugzilla.
Not marking solved as its a bug.
