,grub selection present even after removing fedora

I removed my fedora 23 by deleting the HDD partition it was located on. But somehow the grub screen(where i choose the kernel version and windows) is still present. So my laptop is asking me should i boot fedora which isn't existing. What can i do to remove it and boot directly into windows? Sorry if this is the wrong place for questions.

Grub is either installed into MBR or it is in EFI partition, depending how you've installed OS. For the first boot method Windows repair is required so that it installs its own boot loader, for the second one, just removing Fedora's grub entry is sufficient and/or selecting Windows in motherboard firmware as preferred.
