    Libre Office Font Selection Issues

The UI in Libreoffice has a dropdown menu to select fonts. I went to use it yesterday to change the font on a spreadsheet from Arial to Liberation Sans. This is a fairly large spreadsheet. What I discovered is that if you left click on the dropdown it does not display. You have to left click and hold. Then you only have access to a handful of fonts. If you click and let go Libre Office will assign whatever font it thinks you selected. I discovered that I could right click on the dropdown and select the font I wanted. The left click in this part of the UI is dysfunctional and assigns fonts that the user never selected.
