Brother printer and scanner udev rule
Fedora 20 working udev rule for Brother MFC scanner.
This works for me. I noticed that Fedora 20 has no such rule for some reason so I created one and tested it fine. My Brother model is a "MFC-9125CN"
nano /lib/udev/rules.d/40-libsane.rules
ENV{libsane_matched}=="yes", RUN+="/bin/setfacl -m g:scanner:rw $env{DEVNAME}"
# Brother scanners
ATTRS{idVendor}=="04f9", ENV{libsane_matched}="yes"
LABEL="libsane_rules_end"

I posted this as the rule is missing in the udev rules. I think it will come in handy for anyone with a multi printer that is getting a 'permission denied' or a 'i/o error' when trying to scan with xsane or simple scan ect...
