    Is your system fully updated? When I tried installing wine, I do not have any issues. The libraries are of the versions indicated (needed). Try updating (if not done so already).

    Aslo, try

    Code:
    yum update --setopt=protected_multilib=0 nss libgphoto2 openldap
    This should update the said packages and then you should be able to install wine (hopefully).

    The package nss-3.13.4-3.fc17.x86_64 is available only in updates-testing. Is that repository enabled on your system?

    The nss-3.13.4-2.fc17.x86_64 is from fedora repo. May be this is the problem?

    Same issue here, got the exact same error message, on Fedora 17. Tried to install system-config-samba.

    Edit: After enabling repo updates-testing as nonamedotc's advice, I managed to install system-config-samba, and judging from asnanon's error messages, he'll solve his problem too!

    For clearance, type "yum --enablerepo updates-testing install wine".

    When I type the above command it returns an error something like no updates-testing repo ??
    any suggestions?

    In a terminal, as root go to /etc/yum.repos.d and edit the 'enabled' line of fedora-updates-testing.repo to read as enabled=1.

    [updates-testing]
    name=Fedora $releasever - $basearch - Test Updates
    failovermethod=priority
    #baseurl=http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/$releasever/$basearch/
    mirrorlist=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=updates-testing-f$releasever&arch=$basearch
    enabled=1
    gpgcheck=1
    gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-$basearch
