    Force quit applet?

Is there a 'force-quit' app for Fedora anywhere like found in ubuntu when a application misbehaves and the system locks up? You use it to kill the app without having to soft-reboot the system to get the system functioning again.

    Re: Force quit applet?

are you running F15 or F16?

    If so,hit

    Code:
    ALT-F2
in the box, enter xkill hit enter

Then click the window you wish to kill
If you are running F14 there is a gnome applet for a force kill option, I forget the name of it now, though. It's in the fedora repo.
