Apache in fc3 wont start with a partition

I have just installed FC3 having upgraded from redhat 9 and FC2 but when I tried to setup apache the service fails to start giving:

Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 265 of /etc/httpd/conf/fttpd.conf:
Document root must be a directory.
    [FAILED]
If I set it to an unmounted folder the server starts, but I have /dev/hda2 loaded as /var/www/html (as I need the 40Gb of space on that disk) and when apache starts it gives the error message. It is not my config of fstab because the files appear in the filesystem and on vsftpd.

ok, im getting somewhere, if I disable SELinux it loads no problems - can someone tell me how to configure SELinux to let it go?

    Cool

    I had the same problem.

    The reasons are:
The apache can only read directories and files with certain types such as "httpd_sys_content_t".

Quick solution is to change the property(?) of web-home directory and files.

    # chcon -R -t httpd_sys_content_t /myHttpHome

Chek the directory and files using:
    # ls -Z
