Question Why my OpenVPN service can't start up ?

Hi, all ! It is the first time have I used VPN. I installed OpenVPN in my Fedora 11 computer. I did it following :
    https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Openvpn

And I stopped at step 16: service openvpn start . The service can not start up. Even if I disabled Selinux . Does anyone know how to treat this trouble.
    Any advice is welcome !
    Thank you !

I don't have much experience with OpenVPN, but just a general comment:
    1) Post more detail, including any error messages
    2) Take a look in your log files in /var/log
