I know that currently the PS3 only supports FAT32 Format for drives.
But my issue with FAT32 like everyone else is the restriction of 4Gig file size.

I have some files that are over 4Gig that I currently have on my drive that is set as NTFS format but NTFS is not supported by the PS3.

So my question is, if I leave my Drive as NTFS Format so I can have bigger than 4Gig files and install Fedora 10 or 11, will I then be able to start the PS3 in the Fedora operating system and then be able to connect my external hard drive which is formatted as NTFS and watch the file on the PS3 while running in Fedora?

Any in site on this would be great.

Thank you.
