Macbook not Macbook pro - No sound and right click on the trackpad

    Hi,

I have this posted on the mac forum but I am getting no takers so I thought I'd see if I could get some help here.

    I have a new unibody macbook. 13" 2.66ghz? with FC10 on.

I have been to several sites trying to sort my problem but thought I'd try to post to this forum.

I can live without the sound which doesn't seem to work at the moment but not being able to do a right click is a little annoying.

Below is a copy of my xorg.conf. Its an amalgamation of what several sites have suggested to get the right click going but I still can't get it to go. If I use the synaptics from the menu it tells me to set "SHMConfig" to "on" or true, both of which I have tried but nothing seems to work. Is there anything in my xorg.conf that is screamingly obviously wrong? I've tried having the two InputDevice lines on one line but that doesn't seem to make a difference and besides the example I've found have it set that way anyway.

    Thanks,

    A

Thanks for the reply. I created the fdi file, removed the synaptics section and rebooted, there was no change. Is there something else I could try?

    Thanks,

    Andrew
