    Upgrade to FC7 , tomcat5 = sun.misc.InvalidJarIndexException: Invalid index

    Hi,

    after upgrade to Fedora 7 , the tomcat 5 is not working anymore (.

    meanwhile I had to use the jpackage tomcat55 (5.5.17) .... ;(

    I'm having the same problem. I'm guessing you're not using the Java that came with FC 7 either, right?

    Update: This bug explains the problem in more deatil. Like loancea, I got around it by installing a 'fresh' copy of tomcat, but in my case I used the binaries directly from Tomcat instead of jpackage.

    meanwhile I've got working jpackage rpms with 5.5.23 jpp10 with sun Jdk 1.6.
