/proc/cpuinfo flags and what they mean

Where could I find a listing of what all these cpuinfo flags correspond to?:
These are from the cpuinfo file for my AMD 64 3500+ chip that's on the
AM2 socket. I want to find which one if any flags that this chip has
    the Pacifica/AMD-v extension.

    Code:
fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36
clflush mmx fxsr sse sse2 syscall nx mmxext fxsr_opt lm 3dnowext 3dnow
pni cx16 lahf_lm svm cr8legacy ts fid vid ttp tm stc

UPDATE : To answer my own post, if your cpuinfo file has a flag "svm" then
you have AMD-v hardware virtualization support (aka pacifica) on
    your cpu.
