That seems to look like a blog. I need a page that will have information of the type:
Name: <name>
Function: <what the person does within the fedora project/what his position is in the fedora project>
I don't know anything about fedora's creators, maintainers. Who's the lead developer/architect etc. ?
Don't suppose you noticed the long list of "People" names on the right-side of the page?
Might not be 'exactly' what you're looking for, but it's pretty close. Try clicking on a few. Some are more descriptive than others.

Not really but bugzilla has a list of all package maintainers in Core and Extras repository. This doesnt cover docs, translation people etc but its a start.
