    update notifier applet in FC5

    Is there any applet, in FC5, like the former RHN applet, to indicate when there are updates available?

    I would like to know as well as I see no reason to have removed a needed feature

    RHN used up2date and does not understand the new metadata format used by yum. We will have a new notifier in Fedora Core 6 which is already in the first test version.
