hi to all,

i'm new forum user and this is my first post ;)

How I do .rpm kernel image?
my purpose is create kernel image with centrino wireless support to bring fast and everywhere in all my Fedora core 1 installation.

So you want to make a kernel rpm eh? Well first things first you are going to need to make everything that will go into your rpm (build your working kernel). You can do this by following a number of guides, one of which is here: http://kerneltrap.org/node/view/799

After that you will want to bundle it all up into an rpm which your best bet is to read around for making rpms like in these: http://fedoranews.org/alex/tutorial/rpm/ and http://fedoranews.org/dowen/gaim/ and http://fedoranews.org/tchung/rpmbuild/

That should get you started, If you go all the way out you might want to write-up a tutorial in our new articles section. Good luck!
