Hello, I combined 3 of the redhat cds with success, everything istalls fine. Thing is though, even though I don't really use the CD Check, I'd like to have it incase. Is there any way to add a new checksum to the ISO? I can recalculate one using UltraISO, thing is though, I don't know if this is the right format for Linux, nor how to add it if is is. Can anyone help? Thanks.

sha1sum is already embedded, and is run when installer does the media check. In addition, you can compute the checksum of the iso files and compare it to the published ones.

So you can already check the isos and the burned CD, so I don't get what you're trying to do.

Well, with the new ISO, when I do a mediacheck, it says that it does not match. What I'm trying to do is this. Calculate a new checksum for the ISO so that when it does a media check, it sees it as okay.
